Field Service Support Engineer

Location: Whiteley, Fareham (with regular UK travel to customer sites)

We are supporting a rapidly growing Med Tech start-up in the recruitment of a Support Engineer to join their expanding team. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where you will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for advanced electro-mechanical equipment deployed in hospital environments across the UK.

This position requires a strong blend of mechanical, electrical, and software understanding, combined with excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with senior clinical and technical stakeholders.

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for electro-mechanical medical equipment
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve faults spanning mechanical, electrical, and software systems
• Install, commission, and configure equipment at customer sites
• Act as a trusted technical liaison with hospital staff, clinicians, and senior stakeholders
• Perform routine servicing, preventative maintenance, and system upgrades
• Analyse system performance and identify root causes of issues
