What's the role really about?

This is a true blend of 1st and 2nd line support.

You'll troubleshoot a wide range of issues across Microsoft technologies, supporting users remotely while taking ownership of incidents through to resolution.

One day you might be resolving Microsoft 365 issues.

The next, investigating Windows Server problems, supporting Intune deployments, troubleshooting networking issues, or helping onboard a new customer.

It's varied, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys learning.

What you'll be doing

• Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to a wide range of customers
• Troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Windows Server and desktop issues
• Supporting technologies including Entra , Intune, SharePoint and networking
• Building, configuring and deploying laptops and user devices
• Managing user accounts, permissions and access requests
• Escalating more complex issues when appropriate while maintaining ownership
• Creating accurate documentation and updating customer records
• Delivering an excellent customer experience on every interaction

What you'll bring

• Experience with in a 1st or 2nd line IT support role
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
• Understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory and networking fundamentals
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to keep learning

Experience with in a Managed Service Provider would be beneficial, but it isn't essential. If you've developed solid support skills within an internal IT environment and you're looking for broader technical exposure, we'd still love to hear from you.
