Job Description:
Full-time role, 37.5 hours a week - Term time only

Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
What you’ll be doing :- Delivering primarily Information Systems and Naval Communication and Information Systems training programmes
- Implementing improvements to meet future training requirements.
- Acting as part of a course content review cell in support of the InVal process.
- Gaining and maintaining the appropriate skills and knowledge to deliver training as directed
- Providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) input to the training design process as required by line management.
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office applications, Online Systems etc)
- Strong verbal communication/interpersonal skills
- A passion for IT and Information Systems
- Achieved a qualification in IT or worked within an IT support role, ideally networking
- Any training/teaching experience would be desirable
- Must be able to be cleared to UK SC level
- Any experience of the following would be desirable but not essential:
Understanding of VM Ware and Virtualisation Level 4 teaching certificate or equivalent. Comp TIA Network+ Comp TIA Server + Cisco CCNA LPI Linux Essentials VM Ware VSphere Fundamentals MTA Sever Administration Fundamentals Juniper JNCIA-Junos MoD Cyber Foundation Level 4

- This role is offered on a term time basis working 45 weeks per year, with non-working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 3 weeks in August. The salary will therefore be pro rata’d and calculated to include contractual annual leave entitlement and bank holidays.
