Freight Forwarder

Key Responsibilities Coordinate import and export shipments across road, air, and sea Liaise with carriers, agents, and customers to ensure smooth, timely deliveries Prepare and manage all shipping documentation (bills of lading, invoices, etc.) Provide quotations and negotiate rates with suppliers and clients Track shipments and proactively resolve any issues during transit Ensure full compliance with international trade and customs regulations Experience & Skills Required Must have previous freight forwarding experience - 100 % essential Strong familiarity with customs procedures and documentation Knowledge of customs and international shipping regulations Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy operational environment Salary will depend on background and experience If you meet the above criteria and are available to step into a new role quickly, please submit your CV via the link to Colleen Farquharson Brook Street NMR is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
