We are seeking an experienced Shipping Administrator to join our team on a 12-month contract in Titchfield. This is a busy role supporting the accurate and timely processing of UK and international shipments within a manufacturing environment.

Contract:
12-month contract
Shift: Tuesday-Friday 08:00-16:45, Saturday 08:00-12:00
If you have previous shipping or logistics experience, strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Process UK and international shipments and associated documentation.
- Book shipments and liaise with couriers and freight forwarders.
- Maintain accurate information within ERP systems and customer portals.
- Ensure shipping documentation meets relevant compliance requirements.
- Resolve shipping queries and liaise with internal teams.
- Support the team in meeting busy month-end shipping deadlines.
We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and resilient, with:
- Previous shipping, logistics or similar administration experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- A proactive approach and ability to work to deadlines.
Aerospace experience is not essential, and training will be provided on specialist systems, export processes and documentation.
