The Role To deliver high quality Electrical Maintenance within their SQEP on Training Equipment in line with Company standards and contractual requirements. Based predominately in the Portsmouth area there will a requirement to travel to sites in the West Country & Scotland. Main duties will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Continually improve the way they contribute to the business Ensure that they are best equipped to support future change Ensure that they work in an effective collaborative manner with MoD staff, displaying the appropriate behaviours always. Be 'Responsible for championing and fostering a culture of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance and continuous improvement'. Any other duties required to complete the Training Equipment Service.
To assess reported breakdowns for rectification or escalation to external resource To act as the front line maintainer for breakdowns of Training Equipment assessed for rectification as directed by Maintenance Team Lead To liaise with external resources and assist as required to aid rapid rectification of defects outside of their SQEP. Carry out Planned Maintenance as directed by Maintenance Team Lead.
