Different Technologies Pty Ltd is seeking a Working Maintenance Manager to take day-to-day ownership of the maintenance function across our property portfolio. This is a hands-on role, combining practical maintenance work with managing an internal team, setting workloads and ensuring quality.
You will liaise with Heads of Property and provide accurate maintenance system records, regular reporting on job status, budgeting, and contractor management.
