Role Overview :
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the ability to communicate and manage effectively to ensure every customer receives their premium handmade kitchen to the Harvey Jones standard. The position demands exceptional attention to detail to avoid issues and delays, along with strong problem-solving skills to manage any unforeseen challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete technical site surveys, producing written reports and liaising with designers, clients, and contractors on all aspects of the installation. Recruit, retain, and utilise a network of installation contractors within a defined area. Manage all sub-contractors to ensure delivery in line with project requirements, including agreed designs, budgets, timescales, and Harvey Jones standards. Ensure each sub-contractor performs in accordance with contractual obligations and adheres to all Health & Safety policies and agreed payment terms.

Conduct thorough project measurements to enable effective resolution of any issues before they impact the client. Support the management team with timely reports, data, and other information as required. Promote and implement a “be better” culture within existing installation processes. Maintain a strong client focus, generating enthusiasm and promoting the Harvey Jones brand across the business. Provide technical advice and assessments as required to resolve issues arising on-site during installation or within the warranty period.

Participate in training by accompanying new starters to site and attending workshops related to building and technical aspects of kitchen installation. Requirements

Experience with in the fitted kitchen market. Ability to manage multiple projects and installations simultaneously. Advanced IT skills. Excellent customer service and strong verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, professional demeanour with a proactive, solutions-focused approach. Ability to think creatively and outside the box. Flexibility with working hours. Full UK Driving Licence.
