We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, driven and capable Service Delivery Supervisor to join our busy depot in Fareham.

• Play a key role in keeping our regional transport operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
• Lead and support our team of drivers, ensuring they have clear instructions, fair workloads, and the guidance they need to perform at their best.
• Allocate work, monitor progress throughout the day, and carry out end‑of‑shift checks to maintain high standards of service.
• Manage any grievance or disciplinary processes fairly, consistently, and supportively.
• Champion high standards in vehicle maintenance, driver checks, and operational compliance, continually looking for ways to improve safety, efficiency, sustainability, and overall performance.
• Apply a people‑centred approach and attention to detail to deliver excellent service across the region.

• Strong communication skills, both face‑to‑face and in writing, to support, guide, and motivate others.
• Supervisory or team‑leader experience in transport, logistics, waste, or another operational environment.
• A friendly, approachable manner with a collaborative, inclusive way of working.
• Good numerical and record‑keeping skills, with confidence to handle queries and solve problems.
• A full UK driving licence (essential requirement).
