Production Operative

N+C Glass, part of the Nicholls and Clarke Group, is looking to recruit a Production Operative to join our Fareham factory on a permanent basis due to exciting company growth.

N+C Glass is a highly reputable glass window manufacturer with nearly 150 years of experience. The position is on the sealed unit line at the end stage of the sealing robot, day shift hours 6am-4.30pm. No experience necessary. This is a manual job that requires lifting of units and attention to detail to spot any quality issues.

• Understanding and completing paperwork
• Operating glass processing machinery and equipment
• Maintaining health and safety regulations across the factory floor
• Housekeeping of machinery and work areas
• Manual handling of glass
• Ensuring the quality of glass and work produced
• Working on either an automated unit production line, a toughened glass production line, loading of goods in and out, or assembling internal frames
