The Fabricator/Welder will be responsible for performing fabrication and welding tasks, maintaining high‑quality to ensure production standards are met within the agreed time frames.

• Measure, cut, form, and prepare aluminium components for fabrication.
• Fit and assemble aluminium parts, ensuring correct alignment and tolerances.
• Perform high‑quality aluminium welding (MIG and/or TIG) to required specifications.
• Grind, dress, and finish welded joints for smooth appearance and structural integrity.
• Assemble sub‑assemblies and attach them to the main structure.
• Operate and maintain fabrication tools, welding equipment, and safety gear.
• Maintain standards for Health and safety within department.
• Take responsibility to ensure that the company’s environmental policies are enforced in full.

• Ability to generate a positive project and team ethos.
• Proven experience in aluminium fabrication and welding.
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
