We're looking for a CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator to join our high-performing milling team. If you have experience with 5-axis CNC machines and Heidenhain controls, we want to hear from you.

£17-£20 per hour, based on experience

Overtime paid at time + ?

7 : 30-16 : 30 Mon-Thurs, 7 : 30-13 : 30 Fri

• Setting up and operating CNC mills to produce precision-engineered components
• Working with Heidenhain controls on 3 and 5 axis machines
• Performing in-process inspections and ensuring top-tier quality
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace

• Proven experience in a precision engineering environment
• Strong understanding of CNC tooling and tight tolerances
• Ability to read complex engineering drawings
• A proactive mindset and a commitment to quality
