Overtime paid at a premium of time and a half, double pay on Sundays

Hours:

07:30-16:15, Monday-Thursday, 07:30-11:30 Friday

Are you a skilled TIG Welder with a passion for precision engineering? We're looking for a TIG Welder to join our specialist production team. This is a hands-on role, taking components from raw material through to final assembly.

Key role of a TIG Welder:

• TIG Weld complex metal assemblies
• Perform various welding processes including TIG welding, aluminium welding, Trent resistance welding, seam welding, and electron beam welding to assemble and join metal components to high standards.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Select and set up appropriate tools and fixture
• Take ownership of the quality of your own work, including signing off completed jobs

The TIG Welder should have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in a precision welding or manufacturing environment
• Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and work to tight tolerances
• Skilled in hand tools and a variety of welding and assembly techniques
• Strong team player with a proactive attitude toward problem solving
• Experience in TIG Welding using Aluminium, Tungsten, Titanium
