About the Role of the Repair Technician

Are you an experienced Repair Technician with strong PCB knowledge? Do you enjoy hands‑on technical work, fault‑finding, and bringing products back to life? This could be the perfect role for you!

Our client, a leading PCB manufacturer, is looking for a skilled Repair Technician to join their growing team. You’ll be working on returned customer units, completing repairs, rework, testing, and ensuring products are restored to the highest standard.

What you’ll be doing :

Repairing and reworking customer returns
Soldering to IPC Class 3 standard (ideal)
Carrying out functional testing and fault‑finding
Working with PCBs and electronic assemblies
Ensuring all repairs meet company and customer quality expectations
Updating job records and maintaining accurate documentation

What we’re looking for:

Strong PCB knowledge and hands‑on electronics experience
Confident soldering skills (Class 3 preferred)
Experience in repair, rework, or testing environments
Good attention to detail and ability to work to high quality standards
A team player with a proactive, problem‑solving attitude
