Are you an experienced CNC Setter looking to expand your technical expertise? We are a precision engineering specialist based in the Segensworth Industrial Estate, and we are seeking a skilled Setter to join our clients CNC department.

While we are looking for an experienced CNC Setter Operator Machinist, you do not need prior experience specifically on Sliding Head machines. If you have a strong background in CNC Turning and a proven track record of setting machines to tight tolerances,  full specialist training  will be given required to master our Citizen (Cincom) fleet.

The Role

Setting & Proving:
Transition your existing skills to set and prove out Citizen L12/L32/A32 machines.
Precision Engineering:
Work from complex drawings to manufacture high-precision components.
Process Mastery:
Learn to optimize feeds, speeds, and toolpaths on multi-channel Fanuc controls.
Quality & Inspection:
Take ownership of your work using precision metrology tools to ensure total accuracy.

Machining

Experience:

You must be a proven CNC Setter (ideally Turning/Fanuc) looking for a long-term career move.
The Right Mindset:
You are hardworking, reliable, and ready to apply your existing knowledge to new technology.
Transport:
Due to our location on the industrial estate, this role is best suited for those with their own transport.

The Package

Salary: £35,(Apply online only) DOE (39-hour week).

* Mon – Thurs: 07:30 – 16:30 Friday: 07:30 – 12:30
