Production Assemblers​/Solderers

We are seeking skilled Production Assemblers/Solderers to join our clients manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong soldering and assembly skills in a production setting.

Responsibilities

* Be able to Solder, Test and be able to use a microscope.

* Assemble small parts on a production line.

* Build up components and sub-assemblies into finished electrical or mechanical products.

* Finish products such as applying protective coatings, bonding.

* Set and operate hand-controlled Presses and Welders

* Ensure products are to the correct tolerances and meet customer and internal standards and specifications.

* Shows moral courage, openness, and honesty in all dealings.

* Self-motivated and hard working

* Adaptable and flexible with a positive, responsible attitude Skills and Attributes:

* Ability to work across most areas of the assembly processes.

* Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative when necessary.

* Able to work in a safe manner.

* Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions and to work standards.

* An eye for detail and good work ethic

* Able to work with minimum supervision and to strict timescales.

* Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure / cost of poor quality.

Hours of Work

4 day working week! No Friday working!!!

Monday-Thursday 07:30-17:00

36 hours per week

Salary

£13.88 per hour

This role is a fantastic position working for a well-established company. The position will be temporary to permanent for the right candidate with scope to increase pay according to skill level, output, and attendance etc
