Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking to play a key role within a growing manufacturing business?

We're recruiting for a well-established manufacturer seeking a Business Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational flow of the business. Leading a team of five, you'll ensure customer orders move efficiently from quotation through to production, whilst providing the planning, reporting and coordination needed to support continued growth.

This is a hands-on role within a lean and ambitious business where you'll work closely with senior leadership and have a genuine influence on how the operation develops over the coming years.

The Role

Lead and support a team responsible for quotations, order processing and customer support
Oversee the accurate management of orders within the business system
Coordinate and schedule work into production to maximise efficiency and on-time delivery
Produce and analyse KPI and management reports to support decision making
Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows
Work closely with Production, Sales and Leadership teams to ensure the smooth running of the business

What We're Looking For

Experience in an Operations Manager, Office Manager, Business Operations Manager, Production Planning or Manufacturing Operations role
Background within a manufacturing, engineering or production environment
Experience leading small teams and driving performance
Strong organisational, planning and reporting skills
Confident user of Excel and business systems
A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiencyBenefits
