We are currently recruiting 10 Machine Operators to join a busy packaging company based in Fareham.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for immediate-start, full-time work.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor packaging machinery
* Ensure products are packaged correctly and to quality standards
* Carry out basic production and quality checks
* Keep the production area clean and organised
* Follow health and safety procedures
* Report machine faults or production issues to supervisors
* Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets
About You
We are looking for candidates who are:
* Reliable and punctual
* Hardworking and motivated
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable following instructions and procedures
* A good team player
* Available to start immediately
Previous manufacturing, production or packaging experience is an advantage.
