Manufacturing Engineer
Contract: PAYE Contract until February 2027
Hours: 37 hours per week | Monday-Friday (Early Finish Friday)
Rates: DOE | Accrued or Advanced Holiday Pay Available
We're looking for experienced Manufacturing Engineers – Aerospace to join a leading aerospace manufacturer supporting Assembly & Test operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex aerospace products, where you'll play a key role in improving manufacturing processes, solving production challenges, and ensuring products meet the highest quality and compliance standards.
With multiple opportunities available, you'll join a collaborative engineering team focused on delivering world-class aerospace solutions.
What You'll Be Doing- Supporting Assembly & Test operations across a range of aerospace products
- Creating, maintaining and improving manufacturing processes and work instructions
- Implementing and managing LAIRS and FAIR activities
- Identifying and resolving manufacturing and production issues
- Working closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams to drive improvements
- Ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and regulatory requirements
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and quality
- Providing technical support and guidance to production teams
- Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer within aerospace or another highly regulated industry
- Understanding of LAIRS and FAIR processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience supporting manufacturing, assembly or production environments
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Engineering degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent qualification
- Experience with in aerospace Assembly & Test environments
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with manufacturing process development and validation
- Long-term contract through to February 2027
