Responsibilities

• Assessment of care needs
• Development, implementation, and evaluation of programmes of care
• Ensure a high standard of nursing in the application of clinical nursing procedures and treatments
• Custody, storage, and administration of medicines

Ravenswood House is a medium and low secure hospital providing assessment, care and treatment for adults with serious mental illness and/or personality disorder who need to receive their care in a secure environment. We provide high quality care and treatment to 68 male adults split across five clinical wards. Most of our patients have either committed a criminal offence or have challenging behaviour.

We admit patients from high secure hospitals, local psychiatric hospitals, prisons, custody, and the courts.

• Ability to work a variety of shift patterns including nights and weekends
