We are recruiting for a talented Senior Chef de Partie to join a prestigious hospitality venue in Hamble. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership-focused kitchen role within a renowned setting known for exceptional standards and high-profile events.

Key Responsibilities

As Senior Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding food and maintaining exceptional standards:

Lead, train and mentor junior kitchen staff including Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs
Ensure all food preparation and presentation meets quality and consistency standards
Support restaurant service, bar food, functions and events
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety
Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, allergens, COSHH and HACCP
Complete all kitchen documentation accurately and on time

What we're looking for

To succeed as Senior Chef de Partie, you'll need:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality hospitality environment
Demonstrated leadership experience supervising and training junior chefs
Strong organisation and time management skills
Passion for fresh food and consistently high standards
A calm, reliable and solutions-focused approach during busy service
Sound knowledge of food hygiene, health & safety and environmental health standards
