Retail Store Supervisor

Whether it be our in‑store personal shopping experiences, car‑seat consultations, in‑store parent‑to‑be events, or someone to help guide our customers along their own unique parent journey, our amazing store teams are there to make sure buying that first pram, cot, baby changing table or outfit for a baby's first birthday is a magical moment.

Our supervisors are the ambassadors of these magical moments and the heart of our award‑winning business. We are expanding our family by looking for an amazing supervisor to be based at our beautiful Mamas & Papas Fareham store, leading a small team of Sales Consultants and working closely with the store manager or management team to achieve store results and provide an incredible customer experience.

This Store Supervisor opportunity covers 40 hours per week, including either Saturdays, Sundays, or both.

If you come from a retail supervisor or senior sales assistant background and love putting a smile on a customer’s face, leaving them with magical moments they’ll never forget, and can lead a team by example and support, we would love to hear from you.

• Lead and manage a small team of Sales Consultants.
• Work closely with the store manager or management teams to achieve store results.
• Deliver an incredible customer experience.

• Experience as a retail supervisor or senior sales assistant.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to set an example for the team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and passion for delivering memorable customer moments.
