We’re looking for a proven telecoms sales professional who knows how to win, grow, and retain local business accounts. Someone who thrives on building relationships in their community and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.

This is a high-performance, high-reward role for someone who wants to dominate their territory, not just manage it.

The Role

You’ll be working with local SMEs, helping them transform how they connect, communicate and operate. From connectivity and cloud voice to mobile and data solutions, you’ll position tailored telecoms solutions that genuinely improve businesses.

What we’re looking for
  • Proven track record in telecoms sales (SME/local market experience preferred)
  • Consistent over achievement against revenue and margin targets
  • Strong prospecting and new business development skills
  • Confident in face-to-face meetings and networking locally
  • Commercially sharp with strong objection-handling ability
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable
What you’ll be responsible for
  • Winning new SME customers within your territory
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Building long-term relationships with local decision-makers
  • Growing revenue within existing accounts
  • Representing the business professionally in your local community
