New Homes Business Manager duties will include:
Business generation and presenting to house builder clients to secure new homes instructions Liaising with residential offices and developers Managing, incentivising, motivating your team of site sales consultants Encouraging and generating sales leads for mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings and property valuations Communicating and liaising with our area new homes support team ensuring relevant marketing and sales administration is managed appropriately Problem solving and influencing outcome Working towards set targets Working closely with the land team New Homes Business Manager requirements: A proven track record of winning new homes sales instructions on varying size developments.
