Telesales Executive

Full time | Permanent | 36.5 hours per week

Attega is currently seeking a Telesales Executive to join our team in Portchester.

The main purpose of this Telesales Executive role is to be heavily focused on B2B outbound sales activity, getting through to decision-makers, understanding their recruitment challenges and creating opportunities for Attega's wider team to develop.

In return is a salary of up to £30,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission.

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, with a 1pm Friday finish!

• Generate new business enquiries through proactive outbound calling.
• Sell and promote Attega's recruitment solutions.
• Qualify leads and book meetings for the BDM.
• Manage follow-ups, pipeline and CRM activity.

• Must have worked in a B2B telesales/telephone sales/outbound sales role previously.
• Will need to have an excellent telephone manner and be incredibly target driven.
• Must be looking for a heavy telephone-based role.
• Will need a confident and professional sales approach and strong CRM administration abilities.
