We have an opportunity to join our established Park Gate branch as a Sales Valuer
, with OTE up to £50,000
. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong property sales background, drive, enthusiasm and confidence to deliver accurate valuations and continue building the Charters brand across the Park Gate community.
- Deliver accurate property valuations using market data and industry best practice.
- Build strong client relationships and provide expert property advice.
- Analyse market trends to support accurate pricing and strong conversion.
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve shared results.
- Stay up to date with regulations and industry standards.
- Mentor team members and support performance improvement.
- Improve valuation processes and efficiency.
- Strong property sales experience and a proven valuation track record.
- Full driving licence and own vehicle.
- Strong conversion and results-driven approach.
- Self-discipline, adaptability and attention to detail.
- Confident, articulate communication and quick thinking.
