We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our Business Development team and take ownership of strategic customer relationships across Insensys’ fibre optic sensing solutions portfolio.
You will build and strengthen long-term partnerships with key customers and prospective clients, acting as a primary interface between customers and our commercial, technical, engineering, and delivery teams. You will ensure customer requirements are understood, communicated effectively, and delivered to a consistently high standard throughout the customer lifecycle.
This is a high-impact, customer-facing role focused on customer satisfaction, retention, account growth, and sustainable business development. You will identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, provide market intelligence and customer insight, and make recommendations on account health, strategic opportunities, forecasts, and commercial growth.
The role will primarily support Insensys operations while maintaining strong relationships with customers across Europe. Frequent travel to customers and project sites will be required, with occasional global travel to support strategic accounts. The position may therefore be based in the UK or elsewhere in Europe.
