At Asda, we want you to find your everything. As a Customer Delivery Driver in our store team, you ll be at the heart of the customer experience—serving with heart and pride. Whether you re loading your van or delivering to your regular customers, you ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, serving customers and putting them at the heart of everything by delivering our products right to their front door with a smile.

When you re not on the road, you ll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (you don t need to be an expert mechanic — we ll give you all the training you need) and when we are really busy, you ll be asked to help your team, picking and packing online orders.

• Load and unload deliveries, drive to customers, and ensure on-time delivery with a positive customer experience.
• Deliver to regular customers and represent the store with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Keep the van clean and ready for next deliveries; assist with picking and packing online orders when needed.
• Support team during busy periods and contribute to a smooth operation.
• Maintain safety and compliance on the road and with company policies.

• A valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
• A friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Good communication skills and a team mindset.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings; no two days are the same.
