** The Role
** As a
** Healthcare Delivery Driver (Multi-Drop)**, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical and healthcare products across multiple locations on a daily route.

You will deliver to a variety of customers, including:
* Hospitals* GP surgeries
* Retail pharmacies
* Pharmaceutical wholesalers
* Healthcare facilities
* Patients in their homes

This is a customer-facing role that requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional service experience.

You may also occasionally assist patients with the return or rotation of healthcare products, making excellent customer service skills essential.##
** Key Responsibilities
*** Safely collect and deliver pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
* Manage a multi-drop route while maintaining excellent service standards.
* Check, scan, and track consignments accurately.
* Complete daily vehicle and refrigeration unit safety checks.
* Ensure products remain within required temperature ranges throughout transportation.
* Accurately capture electronic proof of delivery and complete driver manifests.
* Maintain effective communication with operational teams and customers.
* Follow all company procedures, healthcare regulations, and road safety requirements.
* Demonstrate professional and safe driving standards at all times.
* Present a professional appearance and represent Polar Speed positively with every customer interaction.##
** What We’re Looking For :**###
** Essential Requirements
*** Minimum of 2 years' driving experience.
* Full UK Category B Driving Licence.
* Ideally no more than 3 penalty points.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage a busy delivery schedule.
* Ability to build positive relationships with customers while maintaining confidentiality.
* Professional, reliable, and safety-focused approach.###
** Desirable Experience
*** Previous multi-drop delivery experience.
