Warehouse Operatives – Fareham Site

We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to work in our distribution centre in Fareham. The role is a fast‑paced environment where excellent attention to detail, quick thinking and teamwork are essential to pick and pack orders accurately and on time.

Any 5 days from 7:00‑21:00 or 14:00‑22:00 shifts.

• Pick and pack customer orders using a hand‑held terminal.
• Receive, store and stack goods appropriately.
• Maintain a clean, safe and compliant working environment with health, safety and legal standards up to date.
• Support loading/unloading and generally contribute to overall warehouse efficiency.
• Work with LLOP and FLT equipment as required and pursue training opportunities.

• Prior experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not essential.
• Self‑motivated, organized, enthusiastic and able to meet set deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and initiative, comfortable working independently.
• Must be over 18 unless a role qualifier applies.
• Drug and alcohol test required prior to employment.

Prior to employment, you must successfully complete a drug and alcohol test.
