Warehouse Operatives

Team Jobs are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse in Fareham starting Monday 27th July!
Own transport is required due to the shift times and location.
Shifts Available:
- 6:00am - 2:00pm - Monday to Friday
- 10am - 6pm - Monday to Friday
- 2:00pm - 10:00pm - Sunday to Thursday (Rest days Friday & Saturday)
Pay Rates:
- 13.78ph - standard shift
- 15.85ph - 15% shift allowance between 6pm - 10pm
- 17.23ph - 25% shift allowance between 10pm - 6am
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing orders
- Loading and unloading vehicles (de-kit)
- Baling cardboard and recycling materials
- Supporting the warehouse operation with indirect tasks
- General warehouse duties
- Heavy lifting required
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
What We're Looking For:
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
- Reliable with a positive attitude
- Comfortable with manual handling
- Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
