Forklift Driver Night Shifts

We are looking for skilled Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a modern packaging and logistics facility based in Segensworth on a permanent night shift rotation.

• Work 4 nights, off 4 nights:
  Enjoy half the year completely free to rest, pursue hobbies, or spend time with family.
• Cut your living costs:
  Avoid rush hour traffic completely and enjoy genuine daytime flexibility.
• Fixed night pattern:
  Dedicated 12 hour night shifts (18:00 to 06:00) with no rotating back to days.

• Hourly rate: £13.32 per hour
• Shift pattern: 4 on, 4 off (Nights only, 18:00 to 06:00)
• Location:
  
  Segensworth (easily accessible from Fareham, Southampton, and surrounding areas)
• Environment:
  Clean, modern, and safety focused warehouse
• Paid induction:
  Dedicated initial training to familiarise you with site layouts, stock locations, and safety procedures.

• Operating Counterbalance forklift trucks safely and efficiently during night operations.
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles, transferring raw materials, and moving finished packaging.
• Stacking pallets, managing racking locations, and conducting routine truck safety checks.
• Supporting the wider team to maintain a smooth, organised flow of goods overnight.

• A valid, in date Counterbalance Forklift certificate (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent).
• Confidence operating in busy warehouse and production environments on night shifts.
• Strong reliability and commitment to working fixed nights.
