RD Offutt Farms is seeking an Accounting Support Specialist to join our financial accounting team in Fargo, ND. This role will collaborate with accounting and operations to assist the team with preparing financial information used by the organization.

R.D. Offutt Farms operates potato farms across the upper Midwest in North Dakota, Minnesota, Nebraska and Wisconsin. We have a long history in the agricultural production industry and would like to add an Accounting Support Specialist to our team.

• Prepare daily cash journal entries and other routine journal entries for multiple entities.
• Complete daily reconciliation and records management.
• Import and reconcile inventory data for use in the financial reporting process.
• Prepare reconciliations for expense reimbursements to maintain accurate records for company credit cards.

• Associate’s degree in accounting required
• 2+ years of work experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Team player with a strong work ethic and an upbeat attitude
• Ability to work across multiple computer systems/programs
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
