Position: Coordinator - Project (Entry Level)

Bill Rate: 35.00/hr.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Location:

Fargo, ND

Objectives:
  • Oversee and assist with project coordination requests for Aldevron audit responses.
  • Project coordinate deadlines and progress across departments to ensure action items are delivered on time by providing prep materials, facilitate agenda and document meeting notes to resolve ongoing topics.
  • Effectively communicate expectations and goals of request to internal associates and work productively and collaboratively with cross functional teams.
    • Essential Requirements:
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative setting or project coordination experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite programs (including Excel).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
