Location:
3170 43rd St. South, Fargo, ND. This temporary position runs through the end of June 2026 with possible extension.
Starting pay: $19.00 per hour plus eligible for accrued paid sick time.
Responsibilities- Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment.
- Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
- Proctor/invigilate candidates while testing.
- Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues.
- Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished their examination.
- Other duties as assigned.
Part‑time, 10–12 hours per week. Availability: variety of shifts any day Monday through Saturday between 7:15 am and 8:30 pm, and about 2 Saturdays per month. Sunday shifts infrequent but possible if needed. Open to flexible scheduling.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred.
- Experience proctoring or invigilating exams highly preferred.
- Must be flexible in work hours and days.
- Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be able to sit for long periods and escort candidates to and from the testing room.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation.
- Comfortable in a quiet testing environment; able to hear soft voices, see details from a distance.
