Position SummaryThe Data Entry Typist Operator will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate project, client, and operational data. This role supports trail painting operations by ensuring records such as work logs, material usage, schedules, and invoices are correctly documented and organized.

Responsibilities- Accurately enter project data, daily work reports, and field logs into company systems
- Update records related to trail locations, materials used, and completion dates
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission
- Maintain organized digital files and documentation
- Assist with basic reporting and administrative tasks
- Ensure confidentiality of company and client information
- Communicate with supervisors regarding missing or unclear information
- Meet data entry deadlines with a high level of accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles preferred
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Word, or similar tools)
- Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks
- Must currently reside in Canada and be legally eligible to work in Canada
