SummaryThe main function of an Executive Administrative Assistant is to provide high‑level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as an information and communication manager for an office.
Job Responsibilities- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, for both international and domestic, as well as itineraries and agendas
- Provide administrative support to Vice Presidents, including calendar and expense management in a timely manner
- Anticipate the needs of a busy executive and help them be more productive and successful
- Proactively resolve time‑sensitive issues, demonstrating excellent judgment and problem‑solving skills
- Manage logistical and operational needs to enable activity across Sales teams
- Schedule cross‑functional meetings to drive team collaboration – both internally and externally
- Partner with other members of the Enterprise Sales org to execute on logistics and overall coordination for off‑site meetings, both virtual and in‑person
- Help manage meeting agendas, notes and minutes, presentations and follow‑up items
- Handle confidential information professionally
- High school diploma or GED required
- 8‑10 years experience required
- Experience working with executives required
- Experience scheduling across multiple time zones
- Verbal and written communication skills, multi‑tasking, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time
- Strong ability to keep information organized and confidential
- Strong ability in event planning
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Slack

- Pay Range*: $39.50 – $45 per hour
