OverviewResponsible for establishing and supporting document management systems. Creates, formats, edits, organizes, and monitors all company‑controlled documentation across all business units. Works to ensure that all company policies, plans, manuals, operating procedures, work instructions, and related documents are maintained and aligned with company standards. Develops processes and procedures for executing all field activities within Mas Tec Renewables and collaborates with site teams, owners, and Operational Excellence Managers (OEMs) to align development information.
TravelThis position will be located in the Fargo, ND office, daily.

Responsibilities- Effectively communicate Mas Tec beliefs throughout the organization.
- Promote a culture of quality workmanship in the field.
- Promote and communicate company quality policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain a quality management system compliant with regulatory, internal, and external requirements.
- Support effective implementation, communication, training, and overall management of the Zavanta Document Control Management System.
- Become a Zavanta Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures, Plans, and Policies to maximize safety, quality, performance, and profitability.
- Assist in the development of best practices and standard tools to continuously improve operational efficiency.
- Participate and/or lead problem‑solving and continuous improvement efforts using methodologies such as lean, six sigma, graphical analysis, and related techniques.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of required field reporting.
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis investigations and drive closure of accompanying action items.
- Support special projects as required to meet Operational Excellence initiatives.
- May provide front desk support to meet customer requirements as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in quality, engineering, business, construction management, or related field.
- Two to four years of administrative or related experience.
- One year of experience in operations, quality, or safety function preferred.
- lingual language preferred.
Skills and Abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, OEM manuals, quality documents, technical procedures, and associated drawings.
- Write reports, technical specifications, work instructions, procedures, and business correspondence and document quality‑related issues and activities.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from all levels within the organization.
- Communicate and develop positive working relationships with owners, representatives, site personnel, and site supervision to facilitate development objectives.
- Apply basic statistics and solve practical problems in standardized situations.
- Demonstrate drive and self‑motivation to work independently with minimum supervision while meeting deadlines.
- Exposure to hazards or physical risks; follow basic safety precautions.
- May involve moderate exposure to extreme temperatures, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
- Compensation $32–$37/hr, commensurate with experience.
