Job Overview

The Sourcing Manager is responsible for executing sourcing strategies for assigned commodities across the enterprise. This role focuses on supplier selection, contract negotiations, and performance management to ensure quality, cost, and delivery objectives are met. The Sourcing Manager collaborates with cross‑functional teams to support product development and operational needs.

Highlights of your role

• Manage supplier relationships and performance to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to align sourcing with operational needs.
• Provide market insights and maintain accurate supplier data in ERP systems.
• Support new product launches within assigned commodity scope.
• Mentor and develop a team of supply chain professionals.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• Certifications such as CPSM or CSCP.
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
