• Assist the Foreman in overseeing daily roofing and exterior construction operations.
• Support project planning by reviewing plans, setting production goals, and tracking progress.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper staging and quality control.
• Make timely field decisions and elevate issues to the Foreman when needed.
• Document change orders, production notes, and project details accurately.
• Train, mentor, and lead crew members to uphold company standards and safety practices.

• Experienced in construction, roofing, or exterior projects.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills; able to motivate and support crew members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer and email skills.
• Punctual, detail-oriented, and analytical.
• Comfortable traveling as needed.
