What You'll be Doing:

• Leading daily job site operations with professionalism and precision

• Setting production goals and tracking progress throughout the week

• Overseeing material delivery and staging, ensuring accuracy and readiness

• Enforcing safety protocols and maintaining clean, efficient job sites

• Communicating consistently with the project manager and resolving field issues as needed

• Documenting change orders, job progress, and project milestones

• Mentoring and training team members while maintaining a positive crew environment

Who We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in construction or roofing is required

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Tech-savvy with basic computer/email proficiency

• Detail-oriented, punctual, and safety-focused

• Comfortable making decisions and solving problems on-site

• Willingness to travel for projects as needed
