Great States Construction is seeking an Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for multi-family and commercial construction projects from our Fargo, ND office. You will do quantity takeoffs, gather subcontractor quotes, and assemble bid proposals from concept to bid, with a path toward senior estimating leadership.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of estimating experience, familiarity with Bluebeam/Excel/Procore, and a bachelor’s in a related field.
