Salary Range: $75,802 - $115,735

We're seeking a creative Multimedia Specialist to lead the end-to-end production of compelling video, audio, and graphic content that tells our story with quality and emotion. This role requires a self-starter who can ideate, cast a vision, and deliver polished multimedia assets, including podcasts, animations, and scripted videos. Strong writing skills and experience with podcast production and video scripting are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, produce, and edit multimedia content-video, audio, graphics, and animations-for internal and external audiences.

* Create engaging written and multimedia content for corporate communications, including culture videos, testimonials, and leadership messages.

* Interview stakeholders and coach them to deliver impactful messages in audio and video formats.

* Collaborate with marketing and business teams to turn ideas into compelling content.

* Oversee video/audio production from concept to delivery, ensuring brand consistency and quality.

* Maintain the multimedia library of images, footage, templates, and brand assets.

* Stay updated on trends and tools to enhance visual storytelling.

* Coordinate with external vendors and audiences as needed.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Production, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

* 5+ years of experience in multimedia creation, preferably in a marketing or corporate communications environment.

* Proficiency in video production (shooting, editing, sound), graphic design, photography, and animation.

* Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and similar creative tools such as Canva.

* Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content formats.
