Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
Responsibilities- Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users as well as Epic staff.
- Be the first point of contact for staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and helping them save lives.
- Contribute to the training process from instructional design to developing training materials and scenarios you will deliver.
- Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content and work with organizations to develop their training.
- Participate in projects to make Epic software more intuitive.
- Bachelor s degree or greater (any major).
- Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
- A history of academic and professional success.
- Willingness to travel at least 6 times per year to customer locations.
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
- COVID-19 vaccination.
