Instructional Designer

We don't hand our Instructional Designer a style guide and call it creativity; we hand them a problem and watch what Maze can do  structure is built for growth: $68,000 - $90,000 now, creative ownership soon, and a Toyota ladder that keeps adding rungs.

• Knit copy and art into a single argument instead of two parallel monologues
• Stitch fragmented brand assets into a system that scales past Toyota's next phase
• Prototype three creative concepts cheap so the fourth can go deep
• Grow a scrappy Lottie toolkit into a documented system the next hire inherits
• Co-author the creative content calendar with marketing, then make it look effortless

• Eagerness to take ownership and run with new responsibilities
• Comfort owning a number that goes up or down because of you
• Comfort with full-time arrangements and the rhythms of a detail-loving workplace
• Demonstrated Responsive Design expertise in a fast-moving creative environment
• Comfort defending a recommendation in front of skeptics
• An instinct for prioritization when everything is labeled urgent
• Meticulous attention to detail across every deliverable
