Sanford Health has a full-time opening for a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join their growing practice in Fargo, ND.

• Current physician group consists of five Otolaryngologists that provide comprehensive care to all ages of patients and subspecialization in Head & Neck Cancer Surgery, Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and Neurotology & Skull Base Surgery
• Opportunity to build in General and Pediatric Otolaryngology
• 6 Audiologists
• 9 Advanced practice providers
• Block time in operating rooms
• Call 1:8
• Large primary care referral base
• Subspecialists’ service population: over 1 million
• Opportunity to teach medical students, surgery residents, as well as IM and FM residents

Sanford Health offers Nationally Competitive two-year guarantee with an additional Physician Benefit package including, 401K, Health, Dental, Vision, Paid CME, Paid Time Away, Malpractice, Disability, Relocation Allowance.

• Compensation floor of $700,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
• In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
