Family Medicine Physician, with or without OB, providing comprehensive primary care in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:Lead a Care Team consisting of MDs, NPs, PAs, RNs, LPNs, and staff to deliver patient-centered care. Focus on improving patient health through acute, chronic, and preventive services. Participate in care processes to enhance health outcomes and develop a practice within a multi-facility organization.
Qualifications:Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine. Ability to perform office procedures and/or provide OB services is welcomed.
Key Duties:Manage a patient panel with approximately 32-36 contact hours weekly, seeing about 18 patients daily. Collaborate with a diverse medical team, utilize local specialty resources, and contribute to community health.
Skills:Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills. Commitment to patient-centered care and a collaborative approach to healthcare delivery.
