Sage Group Health Care Staffing is seeking an experienced CPE Certified Educator to lead Clinical Pastoral Education programs, supervise students, and support high-quality spiritual care education in alignment with ACPE standards .
Contract | Full-Time | June 1–August 28
Virtual Training | Onsite Preferred
Regional Travel: May be required
Key Responsibilities- Lead CPE education and experiential learning.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate CPE students.
- Maintain ACPE standards and program compliance .
- Develop learning objectives and support student growth.
- Collaborate with chaplains and healthcare teams.
- Master’s-level theological degree
- Ordination/endorsement/commissioning through an appropriate faith tradition
- Board Certified Chaplain or certification eligibility
- 1–2 years of healthcare spiritual-care experience
- Strong teaching, supervision, and communication skills
- Ability to work virtually and onsite as needed
- Primarily virtual work environment
- Potential for contract extension or permanent placement
- Meaningful opportunity to shape future spiritual-care professionals
