Job Summary

Gr8ttek is seeking a Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. The position focuses on providing hardware‑focused break‑fix services and solutions across client products. The Field Specialist reports to the Territory Supervisor and performs troubleshooting, repair activities, and administrative duties while maintaining assets and inventory.

• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
• Accepting and delivering all assigned service calls
• Providing customer break‑fix support for designated equipment
• Possessing excellent customer service skills
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to drive to client locations
• Ability to lift or move computer equipment up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
• Must own a basic repair tool kit
• Additional requirements may exist if an offer of employment is extended

• $40 per call / $5 per call per diem
• Dell/Lenovo certification training
