• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with over 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in the application of engineering principles to design custom mechanical systems.
• Expertise in design techniques, with solid experience using 2D and 3D CAD/Solid Works.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and test various mechanical components and systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in diagnosing and resolving mechanical design issues.
• Ability to lead projects and effectively manage project schedules.
• Experience in prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical parts and subassemblies.
• Self-sufficient in sourcing components and performing tasks with minimal supervision.
• Capable of working directly with clients to ensure customized solutions meet their specifications.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting.
